Luna, Apayao - Far North Luzon General Hospital and Training Center (FNLGHT) has qualified for the re-certification of its ISO 9001:2015, its Facebook page announced on March 13, 2023.
The announcement comes as a proof to the hospital's firm dedication to maintaining international quality standards in healthcare provision.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification is a globally recognized benchmark for quality management systems, highlighting an organization's ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Expressing elation over this accomplishment, the hospital administration extended gratitude to its exceptional team.
“Thanks to our incredible team for their diligence and dedication in ensuring that our hospital continues to meet and exceed international quality standards,” the post read.
“This certification reaffirms our commitment in delivering exceptional healthcare to our community. We are proud to serve you and look forward in continuing to provide you with the best possible care.” FNLGHT added.
The re-certification of ISO 9001:2015 highlights the hospital's continuous pursuit of excellence in healthcare delivery. It reflects a culture of quality improvement and patient-centered care, aiming to enhance the overall healthcare experience for patients and their families.
FNLGHT is the largest healthcare institution in the province, alongside Conner District Hospital (CDH), both under the governance of the Department of Health (DOH).
Recently marking its 26th founding anniversary on March 1, 2024, FNLGHT commemorated this milestone by inaugurating its newly constructed Molecular Laboratory.
