DAR-Apayao bids farewell to PD Dumaoang, welcomes Atty. De Ausen as new PARPO II

Luna, Apayao - After four years of service to the yApayaos, Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II (PARPO II) Artemio Dumaoang bids farewell to the province, turning over his post to the newly-designated PARPO II of Apayao, Atty. Penelope De Ausen.

In a mass oath taking and turn-over ceremony of the newly-designated officers of Department of Agrarian Reform - Cordillera (DAR-CAR) held last August 25, 2023 in Baguio City, several employees of DAR-CAR were promoted to Division Chiefs and Provincial Officers (PO). Among the newly-designated PO is Atty. De Ausen who will be serving as PARPO II of Apayao, effective immediately.

In his address, DAR-CAR Regional Director Samuel Solomero underscored that these new roles carry a weighty importance that cannot be understated, likewise adding that they would play a pivotal role in advancing DAR CAR's mission and serving as dedicated stewards of its core values and objectives.

Meanwhile, DAR Apayao expressed their gratitude to PARPO Dumaoang. "PARPO Art who unwaveringly supports and constantly guiding and inspiring DAR Apayao personnel for four years, turns over his responsibility," wrote DAR Apayao in their Facebook page.
