The resilience caravan is now in its fifth year of implementation since it was first introduced as a virtual activity in 2019, and which over the years has continued to serve as a platform for the Regional and the Provincial DRRM Councils to interface and discuss important matters pertaining to the implementation of various DRRM-related programs and activities.
