Luna, Apayao - The Provincial Government of Apayao (PGA) distributed much-needed office equipment to various National Line Agencies (NLAs) today, March 16, 2023 at the Provincial Government Compound, Luna.
Aimed at improving the working conditions of the employees in the different offices, and to enhance delivery of services to the public, the General Services Office (GSO) rolled out the donation that included desktop computers, printers, wifi routers, projectors, sound system, tables, chairs and other office eqiupment that are essential for the smooth functioning of any government office.
The agencies that benefited from this donation include the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Provincial Prosecutor's Office (PPO) and Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC).
According to the GSO Atty. Zaide Ravelo, the donation was part of the PGA's efforts to promote collaboration and cooperation among different agencies and stakeholders. Recognizing that these agencies play a crucial role in serving the people, Ravelo underscored that the donation will help them [NLAs] in their work and enable them to provide better services to their clients.
This gesture of the PGA is a testament to its commitment to improving the delivery of public services. By providing necessary resources and support to government agencies, the government is empowering them to deliver better services and meet the needs of the people.
