Luna, Apayao - The Province of Apayao is hosting the Department of Environment and Natural Resources - CAR (DENR-CAR) First Quarter Regional Management Conference from April 12-14, 2023 in Aliwa Gymnasium, Luna to discuss concerns and updates as well as plans for the following quarter.
Attended by DENR-CAR officials and employees from different provinces in the region, said conference focused on looking at the current status and working on plans of the agency for the effective implementation of its programs and projects in the region.
Among the topics being discussed are the first quarter accomplishments, financial status, updates from technical services, and instructions from management services.
Likewise, various reports on the progress of different DENR programs ae expected to be presented by the agency's different units and divisions. These include the Forest Management Services, Protected Areas and Wildlife Division, Environmental Management Bureau, and Mines and Geosciences Bureau.
Further, a site visitation headed by Regional Director Engr. Ralph Pablo will be conducted to inspect various projects of DENR-Apayao.
Said conference provides an avenue for DENR officials and employees to raise concerns and provide feedback on the agency's operations. It is also an opportunity for them to share their best practices in the implementation of programs in their respective areas and provinces.
