This is the message of the 65-year old weaver Mrs. Teresita Niño of Luna Weavers' Association. Teresita is one of the livelihood beneficiaries of the Project ASENG of the Provincial Government of Apayao.
According to her, their group hopes to revive the weaving community in Luna with the funding and assistance from the provincial government.
"52 nak idi nangrugin nak nga agabel. Itatta 65 nakon nadlaw ko met nga kimmapsot daytoy industry mi. Ngem uray kaskasano dakkel latta panagyaman mi iti governor tayo ta saan nakami liplipatan nga weavers." Teresita added.
